Pillar of Physical and Spiritual

I saw the date from my last post and I got a shock, its 2 months back! I better start it quick this time. The next pillar is about physical and its very interesting how the author relates on this pillar. The question on physical is very simple, how much is your body worth? How do you value your physical body? Is it $10,000, $1 million or $10 million or more based on how much this body you expected to make money for you? How much does each individual organ in your body worth which if you sell them (of course its only a valuation)? The next question would be how are you treating or feeding this multi million dollar piece of body, with junk food or quality and nutricious food?

Take this question from another perspective, is your body a Porsche or Hyundai or Cherry QQ? How would you maintain this "car" and what petrol would you be using? In whatever perspectives we have on our body, how well we maintained it will definitely determine how well we can used it. Of course by having a good "car" is definitely not enough, as you would need a good "driver" but the car must always be ready when the "driver" needs it to deliver.

As quoted in the book, "the more evolved and high performance you choose to become, the more effort you'll have to put into maintaining a high level of health, fitness and vitality. You have to choose if you want to be a Porsche or a Hyundai. The money I spend on my health is an investment in myself, allowing me to run at top speed for the long haul." Do you all agree? Nevermind, I do....

We often talked about multi-tasking and it feels great when we achieved it or percieved to be so. It is actually about how much stress we are adding on to ourselves. In reality, we can only cope certain amount of work at any one time, there is no such thing as multi-tasking within a specific timing. We are only adding scope of work within a time frame, zone, period, etc to be completed. So is there really multi-tasking or just a phrase to encapsulate a list of job scope or an alternative for time management? There is so much questions to be asked on what we are doing everyday.

In the pillar of spiritual, the author is talking about fulfillment and to give connection to your life in the things you do. Only when we fall in love with someone or something you do so completely that you give yourself totally to, that is when your heart is open and the consciousness is visible and felt. You will find yourself totally immersed and giving all you have to it. It sounds familiar, right?....
